When you submit a form or message us on WhatsApp, we collect your name, mobile number, email (if given), city, qualification and the course or university you are interested in.

How we use it

Only to provide free counselling and to connect you with the universities you choose to shortlist. A counsellor may call or message you about your enquiry.

What we never do

We never sell your data, and we never share your number with universities you have not chosen. We do not spam.

Cookies & analytics

We use standard analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) to understand site usage and improve the experience. No sensitive data is placed in URLs.

Your rights

Email info@gradonline.in any time to access, correct or delete your data. We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to assist you.
