Eligibility & Documents

What You Need To Apply

Eligibility

  • UG (BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA): Class 12 pass from a recognised board, any stream (typically 45–50%).
  • PG (MBA, M.Com, MA, MCA): a bachelor’s degree in any discipline (typically 50%, 45% for reserved categories).
  • Entrance exam: not required at most top universities — admission is on your previous marks.

Documents (keep Scans Ready)

  • Class 10 & 12 marksheets and certificates
  • Graduation marksheet & degree (for PG)
  • Government photo ID (Aadhaar / PAN / passport)
  • Passport-size photograph
  • Category / reservation certificate, if applicable

Exact requirements vary slightly by university — your counsellor sends a tailored checklist for your shortlist.

Paying For It

Fees, EMI & Scholarships

Flexible Payment

  • Pay semester-wise at every top university — never the full degree upfront
  • No-cost and low-cost EMI from ₹2,000–8,000+/month, depending on the program
  • Education-loan assistance available through finance partners
  • Shoolini offers a pay-after-placement route on eligible programs

Lowering The Cost

  • Most universities run early-payment and merit scholarships each intake
  • Value-tier universities deliver the same UGC-entitled degree for far less
  • We compare total cost honestly — cheapest isn’t always best, priciest isn’t always worth it

Intake Calendar

Online universities admit in two cycles a year — typically a July (monsoon) intake and a January (winter) intake. Applications open weeks ahead and seats in popular specializations fill early. Apply in time and you start the current session; miss it and your degree start date slips six months. Tell us your target intake and we’ll map the exact deadlines for each university on your shortlist — and tell you honestly if waiting for the next cycle is the smarter move.

Admissions — Quick Answers

How long does admission take?

The application itself is usually under an hour with our help. University confirmation typically follows within a few working days once documents and fees are in.

Do I need to visit anywhere?

No — the entire process is online, including document submission and proctored exams. You can complete admission from home.

Is your help really free?

Yes. The university fee is identical whether you apply through us or directly — universities pay us when you enrol, so our counselling costs you nothing.

Can you help if I started an application myself?

Absolutely. Send us where you’ve reached and we’ll take it forward, check it’s the right university, and make sure you don’t overpay.
