Gradonline’s counselling is 100% free for students. We never collect counselling charges, booking amounts, registration fees or “seat blocking” payments of any kind. Because you pay us nothing, there is no Gradonline payment to refund.
Important: if anyone asks you to transfer money to “Gradonline”, a counsellor’s personal account, or any account other than the university’s official payment channel — refuse, and report it to us immediately at info@gradonline.in or +91 99114 42050.
All program fees are paid by you directly to the university through its official admission portal or payment gateway. Gradonline never handles your fee money. If you cancel, withdraw or your admission is not confirmed, any refund is processed by the university under:
Before you pay any university, your counsellor shares that university’s written refund policy along with the fee breakdown — read it, and keep every payment receipt and acknowledgement email.
If you enrolled through Gradonline and later withdraw, your counsellor will help you raise the refund request with the university, share the right forms and contacts, and follow up until you get a written response. The decision and the timeline rest with the university — but you won’t be chasing it alone.
No. Counselling, shortlisting and admission support are free for students. Universities pay us a referral fee when you enrol — the university’s fee is identical whether you come through us or apply directly.
